Why isn't my password reset coming through to me? I'm definitely typing in the correct email and it's definitely the email i've always used for this account. I've tried resending the link all day now.

Have you checked your Junk/trash/spam folders.

It wouldn't be an Orange email addy, would it? That's now closed & therefore you needed to change your contact details with EE.

What do you mean that it's EE? EE don't do email addys. I'm asking you about the contact email addy you have on your MyEE a/c, not the a/c itself.
