Been trying to upgrade and pre-order the new iPhone 11 pro since Saturday to no avail. Upgrade is due, and the internet pages takes me to the payment for the early upgrade fee then the page loads and says “page cannot be displayed” .... anyone else having these problems upgrading online? Surely the whole point of doing the upgrade online is to make the process quicker and more efficient? Any help appreciated thanks!

Sorry to hear your having issues with your upgrade have you tried another browser ?
Failing that I would recommend speaking with the upgrades team on 150 and they will be happy to place your upgrade for you.

Hi David - thanks for the quick reply. Yes I have tried a few different browsers and the page just seems to crash after the payment details have been entered.
Ill ring the upgrades department tomorrow.
