Online shop error.

Why can’t I access the online shop once I’ve signed into my account? 

Everytime I sign in I get this error message:

SORRY, OUR ONLINE SHOP IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW.

There's an issue, but we're working hard to fix it. We'll be back online soon.

A week ago I could access the online shop but now I can’t.

If you were able to access the store and now you receive the message you are quoting, then I think it's self-explanatory. The shop is down for maintenance.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Instead of being told to call, why can’t we just have an explanation a to why the page has been down for days and has not yet been resolved? 

 

Its rather annoying when im at my work, unable to make calls yet would like to browse upgrade plans! 

 

Please give us us a time scale as to when this issue with your maintenance will be resolved.
