Not recognising number

I’ve been with EE for a few years now but I’ve never actually used the MyEE app until now. I register an account and it asks me to add my mobile number which I do and it says it does not recognise my number. I am on an EE contract.

When texting NUMBER to 150 what network does it say you are on?
