Just migrated from orange to EEpay as you go. Despite my own attempts online and spending 15 mins on the phone in Orange shop to 150 problem could not be solved. Was told there is a problem with bt email and ee are still working on a solution.

I was told in the shop to leave it for a few days and try again. My impression was that the technical help on 150 did not have a soution for this problem. I was told the problem was noted but I have not as yet received any reply. I will visit the shop again in a few days.
