Not being able to access the app also when trying to purchase online not working

Hello,

 

I am having an issues getting on the app and getting into my EE has it says 'We're sorry, you can't access my EE right now'. I was trying to purchasing something of the website, however it would just fire me back to the same error screen.

Hello @thetonibennett MY EE is not working properly right now along with EEs call handing systems. See this thread for updates on the issue:
