Good Morning, I haven’t been able to access my account through the website or App for weeks now 😕.
I spoke to customer services yesterday who advised it’s a known tech problem and she has no idea when it will be fixed as it’s quite a complicated tech issue.
Please could you confirm an update of when you expect this problem to be resolved? I should be able to access my bill before money is taking from my account to ensure all is as it should be.
