My partner works for the NHS and had tried to register on EE perks but it says "domain name is not registered with EE perks", I've been talking to EE who have been very helpful but say there must be some error with the domain name on her email address, but the address is correct and they don't know how to fix it.

How did you speak to customer services?
Our Sales/Upgrades live chat team may be in the best position to help.
You can get through to them by clicking the 'Click for customer service' button under the EE section of our get in touch page. It will appear when someone is available.
Please let me know if you manage to get this sorted with them.

I called 150 and spoke in length , the have got a deal for both of us and I have the code for the discount but just can't register, I will try what you said when I get home today.

Wasted 45 minutes on chat, just kept going round in circles, tranfer account, visit a shop etc even though the discounts are supposed to be online only, why can't someone just contact someone at perks and just add the email domain name, it is a legit NHS domain name.

Hi there, I am having the same issue. When I took out a new contract in store my 20% NHS discount has been removed however when I have gone to add it on and trying to retrieve the code it is saying my domain isn't registered. I work for Bradford Teaching Hospitals with @bthft.nhs.uk at the end of my email so unsure why it won't work for registration for EE Perks? I didn't have to do this last time.

@McB1989 Did you give the store your perk discount code at the time of upgrading? Your old discount will be removed because you might not be entitled to it every time you upgrade so you need a new code. You can not add a discount code once you’ve already upgraded it has to be at the time of the upgrade.
