Hi my number was linked to xxxxxxxxxx I have moved my number to my own account but can't seem to transfer it to my own email as it says if already exists? My number is xxxxxxxxx.

Phone EE to remove your no. from the previous a/c. Then you may create afresh a new a/c with that no.
