My number is no longer main account holder

I have 6 lines my number was always main account holder but it has now changed why ?

@Safc1969   You will need to contact customer services about this as it’s an account related issue.

Are you showing as the bill payer in your My EE account?

 

If you log into My EE and select Account Settings can you change this?
