My no is already associated with an account and I can’t work out which one.

I am currently trying find out which account my no is associated with as it looks like I may have associated it to another email when registering previously. I have tried know registered accounts but to no avail. Obviously due to data protection I can’t search by the number to find the account holder. Do I have to call EE and they can search for me?

You will need to speak to EE CS about this problem. There is no account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
