Before Xmas I could login with the ee app but now it will not let me I had to register again and now I can not add my number It was an orange number

Have you just switched from Orange to EE or are you still on Orange?

You need to call CS to delete your old a/c. Then you can add your no. to the new a/c.

They need to delete the old a/c, not just reset it.

Phoned again and they sorted it but when i logged in it at my daughters account details and she can not login now but i have found my old orange account login and that still works
