My account

I used to have a pay as you go number , this was used for about 12 years , I have a contract phone now and would like to register it with ee , but everytime I go into my account it still displays and gives me info pertaining to my old number , any suggestions to correct this please

@Wayneb123 : You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same email addy.
