My account saying it’s close

When I try to log into my app it’s says my account is closed why???

A few people have had the same issue recently. Does this problem occur when connecting to your online account, app or both? 


You will need to call CS on 150 and speak to them regarding this issue.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I agree with @Northerner, I'd also recommend contacting our customer service team as they will be able to access your account and see why you're getting this message.

It could be that your e-mail address was used with another account with EE that's now closed, such as an old contract or PAYG. Customer Services should be able to swap it over to your current account.
