A few people have had the same issue recently. Does this problem occur when connecting to your online account, app or both?
You will need to call CS on 150 and speak to them regarding this issue.

It could be that your e-mail address was used with another account with EE that's now closed, such as an old contract or PAYG. Customer Services should be able to swap it over to your current account.
