My account not working

Sometimes I log in it works sometimes log in says account closed which it’s not !!! All payments are up to date was looking to add another phone onto my account no use if my online account doesn’t work

I recommend speaking to the customer service team about your My EE issues, they will also be able to check if you are eligible for another line on your account.
