My account close

Hi 

 

I was trying to check my account but my account is closed. 

 

I havenot used my simcard since July. 

I was abroad and not able to use it. 

 

Is there a way to get new simcard and stop date plan of my simcard

Is it a pay as you go SIM card?

 

It may have gone into hibernation.

 

If you give our Mobile Care team a call they will be able to help you get this sorted 🙂
