When I got my new phone I redownloaded the My EE app. My new phone has the same number as my last phone and when I try to log on to My EE on the new phone it constantly comes up with a page telling me to verify my number. When I do it tells me that the number is already being used so I cannot log on. Don't know how to delete my last phone from the app as we have already got rid of it. Tried to contact EE but no helpful answer. Please help

@MeganArty The device is not the account the phone number is, so it doesn’t matter what device you use to logon in to your account. Call customer services and request that they reset your online account.
