My EE mobile (app and website)

Good night,

I have been unable to log in properly to my account for over a month. Every time I use the MyEE app or website I consistently get a login error and the error code changes every single time.

 

What I can do? Can you do something online or I have to call any number and waste my time for nothing?

Unfortunately there is no account access here on the Community I recommend contacting technical support on 150 from your EE mobile or freephone 0800 956 3146 from a landline from 8AM.

You need to call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online profile. This will allow you to register again, hopefully this will work.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
