My EE is not working

I have been unable to access My EE app or website for nearly a week now. All I get is an error page saying ‘There seems to be a problem ‘ tried closing the app and starting it again, but that has no effect.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

In addition to @Northerner's question, have you tried deleting the app and downloading this again?
