I can't get into the app just comes up a green splash screen the past updates haven't solved it.

@blitzerray Delete the app and then reinstall it. Just to add the app will not work on a rooted device.

That does not work, tried it multiple times and still get the same error, it's so irritating I have an Xperia XZ.

Yes it happens as soon as I open the app, does not go by the green screen, and I am on Pay Monthly .

Yes done that also, just get the same message.. The past three updates have been the same.

Yes I've called up customer service about it a few times, they don't seem to have a clue.
