My EE account doesn't work, says 'error' everytime I try to log in

Hi, my account never seems to be working, everytime I try ot log in it says 'error. this has been reported'. I tried on a computer and on the app, I tried changing the password through 'forgotten password'. This means I am not able to check my contract. I had this contract since January and have never been able to log in.
