Moving to PAYG and can’t login to My EE

Hi! I came to the end of my monthly contract and notified EE that I wanted to switch to a pay as you go plan. Now the 30 days warning period has passed, I am unable to access my updated mobile phone plan on My EE and so I can’t use it to top up my credit on my new pay as you go plan. I am simply told that my account has been cancelled. Could anybody please help me out?

You need to call CS to delete your contract MyEE a/c. Then you can create your PAYG MyEE a/c from scratch.

@XRaySpeX is right,  if you give us a call our mobile care team will delete this old pay monthly account and create your PAYG one.
