I haven't been able to log into EE for a couple of months now, I haven't done anything about it because it wasn't crucial to get onto the website.
I am coming up to the end of contract now, and with the announcement of the Iphone X, I will be looking to upgrade. This means I will have to log in, however every time I try, I get presented with the same message 'Login Error'. I have tried multiple browsers, clear cookies & cache etc... but nothing seems to work.
I have seen multiple users, with the same problem but no definitive solution. Can anyone help?

The error message that appears is 'Login - Error' followed by 'We're working on fixing this page. In the meantime, find help at ee.co.uk/help'
The same messages has appeared for a few months.
No success with the EE app either.

In this case I would suggest getting in touch with us.
If you select EE on our get in touch page a chat option will show when available.
The technical support chat team will get this sorted for you
