Login Error

Hello,

I haven't been able to log into EE for a couple of months now, I haven't done anything about it because it wasn't crucial to get onto the website.

I am coming up to the end of contract now, and with the announcement of the Iphone X, I will be looking to upgrade. This means I will have to log in, however every time I try, I get presented with the same message 'Login Error'. I have tried multiple browsers, clear cookies & cache etc... but nothing seems to work.

I have seen multiple users, with the same problem but no definitive solution. Can anyone help?

Thank you!

Re: Login Error

Hello Leanne,

Thank you for responding.

The error message that appears is 'Login - Error' followed by 'We're working on fixing this page. In the meantime, find help at ee.co.uk/help'

The same messages has appeared for a few months.

No success with the EE app either.

Appreciate the help, thank you.

Re: Login Error

No problem @AdamJB94

Have you changed your number at all?

Do you have a personal pay monthly account?

Thanks Smiley Happy

Re: Login Error

No, I haven't changed my number since I started my contract (2014, I believe).

Yes, I have a personal pay monthly account.

Thank you.
