Log in error

I keep trying to log in but I am getting an error message so I changed my password and Im still getting an error message. I can't find an option to do a live chat and Im getting a little frustrated. A live chat box randomly appeared and then disappeared. I just want to upgrade my phone, why is it so difficult to do so? 😞

Re: Log in error

I spoke to CS today about this. They told me to use Chrome as a PC browser as IE & FF may not be compatible. I did so & it worked. But IE & FF worked OK a week or 2 back.

I abhore being forced into using a browser & a company I don't want but I suppose I will have to just to see my bills.
