I’m trying to pre order the iPhone X, but every time I attempt to log in to my account, I get a message saying my account is closed!! I have not change a single thing on my account, if I text up to 150 it tells me I am eligible for an upgrade.

This sounds strange, best call CS on 150 and upgrade direct.
