I have a contract out with ee and my ee app works perfectly fine but when I click on my early upgrade options, and sign in it says my account is cancelled! How do I sort it out?

Do you get this message when you select upgrade within your My EE?

Hello I got same problem I can long in into my app but when I go to upgrade section it tells me I don’t have a account
I’m paying monthly
tried it also on my laptop but with same result, both on WiFi

hey i have the same issue trying to upgrade online. account cancelled when i try to go on to online shop but ok to access my ee
