Is anyone else having trouble gifting data

How long have you had this problem? Have you been able to gift data before?

 

Do you have more than 500MB remaining of your allowance?

Hi, me. Specifically, on the website I just get an error saying it can't query what data we have available at the moment.

 

The (android) app isn't able to show me how much data my daughter has at the moment (literally the fields in the message are blank, it says "LEFT OF" rather than "20GB LEFT OF 21GB", for example), and there's a blank space in the dropdown where I'd normally select her phone as the gift recipient.

 

It's been like this for a few days.

 

Reinstalling the app doesn't help.

 

It's massively frustrating.
