I’ve upgraded on 18th November still not got new phone but been charged for new

Just upgraded my phone still not in receipt of new phone but been charged new tarriff is this right

A price plan change indicates your phone has been dispatched.

Yeah me phone sat in an ee shop where they won’t give me coz I’ve not right photo id but they charging me as if I’ve got it

If you are unable to provide acceptable ID to collect your phone at this time, please let the store know so they can return it. Once the phone is received back into the warehouse, you will be switched back to your old plan.
