@starryeyes since you've tried multiple times, I suggest you leave it now until tomorrow morning to try again. And if it doesn't work in the morning then phone 150.

@starryeyes in that case do phone 150 tomorrow morning. Can you get into your EE account via your browser? Is it just the app that is the problem?

I don't use an app. This is through my browser. I have tried using another browser.

@starryeyes you need to speak with an EE member of staff then. EE will be open to take calls again at 8am.
