I'm not receiving the email I need to verify my email address in My EE.

I have tried several times to get an email sent but it never arrives.  I have checked spam.

@starryeyes give it a little time. Others have found that it can play up occasionally.

@starryeyes since you've tried multiple times, I suggest you leave it now until tomorrow morning to try again. And if it doesn't work in the morning then phone 150.

@starryeyes in that case do phone 150 tomorrow morning. Can you get into your EE account via your browser? Is it just the app that is the problem?

I don't use an app.  This is through my browser.  I have tried using another browser.

@starryeyes you need to speak with an EE member of staff then. EE will be open to take calls again at 8am.
