I'm confused. I'm sure I have a recurring top up in place but now I can't tell
Below my credit balance it says something like - 'Set up recurring top-up' . I thought I had one already set up. Below my pack details it says something like - ' If you don't have enough credit your pack won't renew', again I thought I had a recurring top-up in place so I don't have to worry about this. When I click on 'Set up recurring top up' it looks like I haven't got one in place. Please can someone clear up my confusion??

Hello @Papg you can check your recurring top up status by logging in to My EE online and navigating to My EE Mobile>Automatic top ups or by calling 150 from your EE PAYG phone and selecting the option for recurring top ups.
