I haven't been able to log in to my ee account for the past week says error

For the past week or so I've not been able to log in to my account, constantly comes up with error and that ee are trying to fix it. I have tried the app but says same thing, it's rather annoying & I don't understand why it's taking so long to fix. Thanks.

There are multiple reports of this but no-one seems to know why.

 

I'm getting exactly the same.

 

Can't login on the app, or the website via either PC or mobile, regardless of trying multiple broswers, clearing caches, etc.

 

Funny thing is on the websire, after the 'failed login' page, if I click on 'register' I can then view all my personal info / change my password / do lots of things, but as soon as I go to view my bills / plans etc then it returns me back to the login page again.

 

Been advised to get in touch with customer services. That will have to wait until I have time, but this is an issue that has been reported many times over the years.

I went online with ee support (as suggested by leanne_t above) and it was sorted in about 15 minutes - apparently its minor glitches following a website upgrade.
