I have downloaded the "My EE" app, but the family usage is not on the app

I have downloaded the my ee app, I have 2 phones on my account, and I want to gift data, but the option of family usage is not anywhere on the app. Any ideas why it is missing?

Does the gifting number have have more than 500MB remaining?

 

Are both numbers pay monthly?

Could you try logging out of your account and then back in?
