I have an account, but you will lot let me get in to see my bill!!!!!

When I log in to me we account I get a reminder to add a device, but when I enter my phone number it says that number belongs to an existing account!!!!! I know, it is mine. How do I get to see my bill? Why is it so complicated. If you don't give me a satisfactory answer I will change my provider.

If you can't remember which email address has been registered with your number, please get in touch and our Customer Care Team will reset your account so you can re-register.

@lfs : You must have another MyEE a/c with a diff email addy for that no.
