I have a problem with my ee account

I have a problem with my account.on the mobile app i can see all the details even that my contract endend in april this year which is not true since i pay every month.but every time i try to go to the actual web page it says that my account was  cancelled.how is this possible?

I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team so they can take a look at your account and see what's happening.
