I’ve put the correct code into the voucher code box and it keeps bouncing back invalid code. I’ve gone through the links to upgrade on EE perks and it just says sorry we couldn’t find that page continuously as if the link is dead. Been trying for over 90 minutes now you’re about to lose my business

It could be the deal you want would be excluded from any discount. On the blue light site it should say what plans/deal are not eligible.

Are you going through the blue light site itself or via your services award site?
It should take you to EE Perk, if not and your discount still isn’t being accepted, give EE a call as they normally are really accommodating with these codes.

EE perk can't be added to annual upgrade plans.
If you select a non-annual upgrade plan, your code should be accepted.

James there are no ‘non-annual upgrade plans’ available on the iPhone X in either 64 or 256 GB??
