For months now I’ve been trying to sign into the online site or the app and it won’t work. It’s says check email or password. The emails correct and I’ve changes the password loads of times and still doesn’t work. Spoke to ee and they said clear history, cache etc and try again but still nothing, any ideas?

Call ee customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider to 07953 966 250 to ask them to reset your online login details.
Then register your self again.
Hopefully this can resolve your issue.

Have you try with any other browser?
You need to call customer service on 150 from ee to speak with ee technical team where they can look at this for you.

Pay monthly, been a customer for many years and my online MY EE was working ok until a few months ago. No change of number and joined EE direct.
Getting the same error message with no explanation, cannot use MY EE app either to view my account, have no idea on data usage, charges etc.
Please either fix the issue or reset my online account.
