I keep trying to log into my ee app it always comes with an error message and i need to gift data but I can’t as i always get the error measage and can never log into my app or online

What error message are you getting? Could you try deleting the app and re-downloading it?

Hi Christopher, I am having the exact same problem. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I can't even log into the website. It's been a good couple of months and I can't see what my usage is. And now I'm getting texts saying I haven't paid my bill even thought it says my unbilled amount is £0.00.
