I cannot use my online account. "Too many redirects"

I've had this issue for years now, I spoke to people on the phone that just don't understand the issue. Or just couldn't help. 

 

My online EE account is corrupted. As soon as I log in, I get a "Too many redirects" error. Tried to reset the password but still doesn't help. 

 

This happens on every browser, on every PC I have used in the past few years. It's nothing to do with clearing cookies, it is a fault on the EE website. How can I get this resolved?

@JoeCooper20  Call customer services and ask them to reset your online account.  Changing the password or trying to change the password has only brought about more issues.
