I cannot get the gift data to work. I keep getting a message to try again later. This has been happening since yesterday

Are you able to access your My EE account without any problems?

 

Is it just the gifting where you are seeing an error?

It is the gifting I am unable to use. I tried on the website and the app, but neither will allow it.

Hi

 

The number I want to gift to only has 2 gb of data left so I wanted to gift from my own allowance. I have been able to gift previously. 

 

Are you you able to look at my 4 numbers and see why this is not possible?

I have four phones on my account. I was going to gift her about 5 gb. 

 

Am am I better to ring 150 as you do not seem to be able to see my account and it feels like a waste of time trying to communicate this way?

I have tried to reply in the community board, but that is coming up with an error now. I am getting a little fed up with your systems always having errors.

I am getting the same problem tonight.  I have often gifted data in the past and it has always worked before.  I have plenty of data left to gift.
