I can’t view the recent itemised usage on the my EE app. I could but now I can’t

I’ve always had issues viewing the recent itemised usage for two phone numbers on my account, on the MyEE app. Sometimes I have found clicking on controls and then back to allowances works as then the option for checking the current usage is available. Now that option is never there. I go to manage accounts and under allowances it doesn’t have the option to view current usage. Does anyone else have this issue or any tips on how to view the current usage? Thanks.
