It will let me log into the website partially, but then when I access certain parts it prompts me for login again, then just says login failed.
The app doesn't even let me log in at all. This has been going on for months

@Quiffco Have you called customer services about this ? Ask them to reset your online account so you can set it up again from scratch.

I've mentioned it a few times and been told it'll be sorted, but it never has been. I'm not usually that bothered, but I've just upgraded to a new contract and added ee broadband
