I can't log into EE app - just keeps repeating -number entry & do I pay bill

Just moved to EE but can't log on to app! It asks me to put in number then 'do I pay bill' then repeats asking for number again. Help !

Hello @Sang35 sorry to hear you are having problems using the MYEE app. Try deleting the app, restarting the device first and then installing and logging in/registering using your phones data (not WiFi) connection. You can also register for MYEE online through a browser using this link:

 

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk

 

If none of the above work please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can access the account and check/register the number for you. Smiley Happy
