I have been trying for months to log in, or find a way to contact EE that does not require either, a phone call (I have severe phone anxiety) or a trip to a store (I have bad arthritis and social anxiety). It keeps coming up with the error message no matter where I try. It is frustrating and upsetting to be unable to get into my account and unable to call up to sort it quicker. I have been unable to find an email or a live online chat thing to solve this... help?

Which online portal are you trying to access (app or online web site portal)

I’m pay monthly. I own iPhone (erm not sure which, not the newer ones, smaller one lol) and a WiFi mini device (which no longer charges properly so I rely on the site/app to transfer my data over to my phone).

on web: ! What Happened? Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.
on app: ! Sorry. Something’s gone wrong. We’re trying to fix it. Error code: (different series of letters and numbers every time)

Thanks for the help but I cannot call anyone or go in shop. I can’t walk far so rely online and there is no email service :/. Thanks anyway x

Thank you everyone, I am going to "live chat" today and see if I can sort it out! I shall let you all know but so far thank you for the help 🙂
