I can't access My EE

I joined EE last week on a SIM only deal.  Was given a temporary number and they kindly set me up with My EE in the store and when I had that number I could access My EE. On Monday my SIM changed over to my old number and phone works fine but havent been able to access My EE since. Had tons of texts from EE telling me about it but cant look 🙂

Should add have tried from both my IPhone and laptop - neither working. Thanks

What error message do you get when you try and log in?


It can take 24-48 hours for My EE to catch up once you port over a number.
