Hello @davidstevens is the number on the same account? What kind of device is it (mobile phone/mobile Wi-Fi or home Wi-Fi)?

There are 3 mobiles on the same account. I have data in my account that I gift to the other 2 numbers. One is okay the other gives a error message.

The only lines excluded from data gifting are 4GEE Home plans:
As this is not a 4GEE Home plan, the number is on the same account and you are still unable to gift data customer service will need to access the account and investigate why:
