I am not able to top up using app, website nor text. How can I resolve it? TY

I recently bought new phone from EE. I had to change to new sim with new plan.

 

After that, I tried to change back to my old "pay as you go" plan. Now am not able to access my EE app nor use the website. So I have trouble topping up.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Did you keep the same mobile number?

 

Do you get an error message when you try to log in or register for a My EE account?

Hi

 

Thanks for the information.

 

They gave me new number. So I had to change it back to old number. After couple of months, using same old number with pay as you go plan.

 

I tried calling 150 and topup, but it couldn't.

 

As for we website, I keep getting error messages when trying to register card or top up.

Hi @Msdii,

 

Did you register the new number with My EE?

 

If you did, our Customer Care Team can reset your account so you can re-register with your old number.
