I’m trying to upgrade my phone via online chat (I hate the queue for the calls and am not able to go in store) but the link is nowhere to be found. Can anyone provide me with the link?
Its beginning to get a little ridiculous.

@Aparry1994 Log into your online account and wait for it to appear, it will only appear if an agent is free to chat and obviously if they are busy with other customers then this will not appear. You can not initiate live chat yourself you’ll have to be patient until an agent is free.
