Just recently I've had to change my sim card because it was damaged, so I went to an EE store and was able to get it changed but the member of staff who did serve me, looked up my account, so they could check the ID I had on me but when doing so they told me that my D.O.B was wrong, (this was because my dad set my account up) thankfully my dad was able to tell them that he set up my account and had his D.O.B on their instead. So I asked my dad if I could stay in control of my account in the future, to that he was okay with. Since then I have been looking everywhere in my account setting to see if I can change my D.O.B but haven't come across such a function. Can someone please help?
