A PAYG a/c already has itemised billing, but only over the last 30 days. Look in your MyEE under "See Itemised Usage".

Hi thanks for the reply... The "See itemised usage" does not show incoming calls, it only shows chargeable actions such as calls made or messages sent top up's etc. not incoming calls, I need a call log that shows incoming and outgoing calls...
