I'm on contract for my mobile phone. But it's not sat as a direct debit. Is there a way of setting up a bill reminder on the my EE app plz

You should receive a text saying your bill is now ready? However you shouldn't need a reminder as your bill is due the same time every month.
If you log into your online account then Menu - Account settings - Alerts - you can set bill reminders.

I suffer with epilepsy so I struggle to remember. I don't always get a text message. I have rang EE asking about the text messages and they said they don't always send them. I have tried on my mobile phone but there nothing on the settings for my phone side. I have reminders set up for my home broadband and TV from EE

There isnt "alert" in the settings

@helenm22 Why not just set it up as a calendar reminder for each month.
