Hi @helenm22

You should receive a text saying your bill is now ready? However you shouldn't need a reminder as your bill is due the same time every month.

If you log into your online account then Menu - Account settings - Alerts - you can set bill reminders.

Thanks

Re: How do I set up a bill reminder on my ee app

I suffer with epilepsy so I struggle to remember. I don't always get a text message. I have rang EE asking about the text messages and they said they don't always send them. I have tried on my mobile phone but there nothing on the settings for my phone side. I have reminders set up for my home broadband and TV from EE

Hi there @helenm22

Thanks for coming to the community.

You should have the option within your My EE by following these steps:

Log in > Menu > Account Settings > Alerts.

If you do not, I would recommend giving us a call so our mobile care team can help set this up.

@helenm22   Why not just set it up as a calendar reminder for each month.
